What do I love about these images? The happiness, the passion and the moments. The ring bearer held the rings in the handmade medicine pouch - loved that. And the guy with the hat - well, he's just cool!!

Stephanie and Brian (Part One)

I have decided I need to split up my wedding posts. There are just too many I want to share! Here are a few from the day - mostly getting ready and details. LOVE details of weddings!! Stephanie and Brian's wedding - what a day. It was supposed to be an outdoor wedding and well it rained the WHOLE day. We did not get to use the beautiful grounds for photographs at all. Despite the rain and the comprimising of plans, Stephanie and Brian remained postive and chose to focus on the good. Way to go guys - at the end of the day you have to remember to enjoy the moment, your friends and families and each other. When little things go wrong, don't sweat it - when big things go wrong like RAIN - don't sweat that either. Remember what's important. Stephanie and Brian had a beautiful outdoor ceremony planned, outdoor photos planned, a horse and carriage ride planned, an outdoor motorcycle show planned, etc. Even though NONE of those things could happen, they chose to still find and focus on the beauty of the day and smile and laugh and enjoy the day just the same. This sounds so motherly of me, but I am proud of you!!!! More photos to come later...

Eddie

I always look forward to shooting Eddie! He is such a doll-always happy and full of smiles. I have been taking photos each year of Eddie since he was a newborn! How lucky am I?

Little Dudes and a Little Diva!

Well, these three are definatley NOT lacking in personality!! What a super FUN session! Little Elliot was a BLAST. What a happy little monkey - he was full of laughs and smiles!! Issac is the oldest and probably thought I was an idiot, but he put on a smile and didn't complain once about the long session! He is sooooo adorable. Then we have Haley! Not sure if I even have to say anything! Just look at that personality! She was a little ball of energy and was quite the little diva. AWESOME style going on here as well! Good job Mom! All around perfect session!!

Nick

What a little cutie! His mom warned me that he was not the type to warm up to photographers so I was a little worried! Alot worried actually! She also warned me that we may not get a smile.

But guess what - we got some smiles! But I do have to admit, I love that little serious face! Nick warmed up to me fairly quickly acutally and by the end of the session, we were hunting for treasures together! What a sweetie pie!

Lily

I am so excited that senior sessions have begun. I felt so good about this session when I left the location. Lily was beautiful, sweet and had great style! She was very natural in front of the camera. If you are wondering - yes, I do have more with her smiling, but she had the most perfect straight face - just gorgeous. The serious shots are always my favorite for seniors.

I don't need to say another word - the images speak for themselves! Great job Lily!

What a difference a year makes!

This is the second time I have shot little Chloe. Last year she soooo did not want her photos taken! She clung to her mom so tight and never got down! Not even for one photo! We rescheduled the session in hopes that if Dad brought her, it might help. We ended up with some amazing photos of her afterall. This year was a different story. Just look at her little personality! It's like night and day. This session was a blast and little Chloe had no problem warming right up to me this time! Her brother got to come along for this session too! He is a super sweet little boy!

Bethany

I had a great time shooting Bethany's session. Her sister, mom and Bethany were so much fun to work with. Enjoy!

September is filling up!
